Been using TG Newton to look after our rental property for years. They have done an excellent job, big thanks to Tamara, so when it came time to sell they were our preference. Tony did a fantastic job for us, making it a seamless process, and very happy with the result. Wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.

An entirely different purchasing experience is what you’ll encounter when dealing with Tony and TG Newton. Inspections are private, environment is relaxed and market and property knowledge of an excellent standard. Tony was very clear in explaining the entire process, was compassionate to my limitations and concerns and was very efficient with transferring information, providing answers to questions as a primary focus, always projecting positivity and sensitivity.

Tony is a wonderful person to work with. Due to the current interest rate rise, our borrowing capacity had drastically decreased. With Tony’s experience and professionalism we were able to buy our dream house. He’s reliable, trust worthy and very helpful. He was very approachable and supportive during the entire process. We definitely recommend Tony and TG Newton for both processes, buying or selling a property.
