We recently sold our townhouse in Elsternwick in an auction. It was an outstanding experience to work with Bill, Farida, Angelos and the whole team from Biggin Scott. Angelos really knew his market. He didn’t sugar coat things, He knew that this was a tough market and set my expectations right from the start. In auction day, he pushed hard and got me the best results available. There’s no doubt in my mind that he worked hard and represented me well. Angelos is honest, hard working and committed. He will definitely look after you but he also expects you to do your part and work hard too. It’s a partnership.

Angelos (well supported by Farida) worked incredibly hard in a challenging market to achieve the best possible outcome. He was patient with us as vendors and helped us to understand and accept a realistic outcome. Angelos fully understood the market for our property and appreciated its unique charms. His communication was first class and we felt totally supported the whole way along the journey. We would definitely use Angelos and the team from Biggin and Scott again. Highly recommended.
