Rowan , recently sold our very special property of 31 years at 147 Sublime Point Road Leura. I do not normally leave reviews but on this ade it is necessary. Rowan is honest , trustworthy and has a genuine can do attitude . A long term mountains family man who is always available always caring with great staff for support. He doesn’t come with the Big Brand agencies metrologies and sales jargon or plans. He is the best agent on the mountains.

We recently sold our Leura home of 13 years through Rowan at Stubbs &Co. We'd bought this house from Rowan and so this review is from the perspective of both buyer and seller. Our experience when buying was seamless and he proved himself to be a very good, reliable and capable agent, so there wasn't a decision to be made when we came to sell. Rowan is independent, honest and trustworthy. His local knowledge was extremely valuable, especially in what turned out to be a flat and difficult market. Throughout the sale process he kept us well informed, offering sound advice. Good communication is a critical attribute in my book and Rowan was exceptional in that regard. He also has a great sense of humour!!
