As tenants it's very easy to have a turnover of faceless agents that you deal with during the period of your tenancy. Carolyn Howarth has been and absolute diamond in an industry perceived to lack ethics and trust. She made every interaction personable and her professionalism was steeped in genuine care and pride in managing the tenant/landlord relationships. We never felt that she was solely an agent for the owners, but also represented our needs and requests equally.

I've had the absolute pleasure of involving Purcell's Property Manager Carolyn Howarth in looking after my Blue Mountains property. Her genuine care and outstanding communication took all my worries away. She was fair and professional with tenants, very responsive to any maintenance issues, and always consulted me promptly when problems arose. I would highly recommend Carolyn's and Purcell's services.
