Abusive agent. Negligent and non professional, the women here is rude, arrogant and passive aggressive.

I contacted Mary regarding one of her rental properties and was shocked by her response. Instead of a professional answer, my family of five was called a “large family” and I was condescendingly accused of only wanting to make money – even though she herself makes money by renting out this property. The tone was disrespectful, dismissive and completely inappropriate. A serious landlord should treat inquiries with courtesy and professionalism, not make fun of families. She behaves in a shady way. I also noticed that other reviewers even described her behavior as “criminal.”

I cannot commend Mary from Shenks Real Estate more highly. Her professionalism and service was fantastic. I absolutely recommend Mary to be of the highest standard because she is honest and ethical.
