Property Management: There is absolutely no other company that will provide the level of professionalism or service for renting homes/selling homes. Matt and Lisa have extensive knowledge and experience in the building and property industry, which means when there is a problem with a property, instead of wasting weeks of getting quotes and incurring more property damage, Matt knows which trade to engage quickly and has the problem sorted immediately, often being able to sort minor issues himself on the same day. This is good for both landlords and tenants, compounded by the fact that communication from their team especially Charlie is always extremely prompt. If you are looking for a property management company, or to rent from someone, Selling Homes/Renting Homes is by far the best.
