I’ve been renting for more than 15 years and Carmelo is easily the best property manager I’ve ever dealt with. He’s friendly, approachable and always quick to respond. Nothing is ever too much trouble and communication with him is effortless. Any issue is handled promptly and professionally, which makes renting with Select First a genuinely stress-free experience. Carmelo and Amanda have been fantastic from start to finish. We rented our property through them and the whole process was smooth, professional and stress free. I wanted to take a moment to say how wonderful the team at select first have been. I’ve been dealing with them for a while now and it’s been nothing but an easy and pleasant experience from the get go. Amanda Zarb in particular has been amazing! I can not sing her praises enough. Regardless if you are a tenant or a landlord, consider yourself lucky if she’s your property manager as she always seems to go above and beyond to make life a little easier for everyone.
