I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this has been am incredibly frustrating experience. Jordan was initially responsive, but communication has dropped off significantly with emails, calls and texts often going unanswered, leaving me regularly chasing for basic updates. What’s most concerning is the lack of communication around rent. While I understand that tenants can have personal circumstances that affect payments, I’m often left in the dark and have to chase for that information when rent isn’t received. We’re currently working through a backlog of rent, with little to no communication from Jordan which has added unnecessary stress to an already stressful situation.

I have had great difficulty and experienced great financial loss and time due to working with Jordan. He will treat you like you’re his best friend, say all the right things and but very little to no outcome once money has been transferred. Very disappointing.
