We have been renting a property from BigginScott for the last two years with the lovely property manager Ksenia Stepanova. She has been incredibly attentive to any property requests we've popped in and supported us with any issues we've had in a quick and thorough manner. I have rented through BigginScott previously in Yarraville with property manager Mike Richardson and can confirm the services are at a very high standard throughout as I also had a great experience prior.

We continue to have such a wonderful relationship working with Ksenia Stepanova, our property manager. She is always so lovely and relatable in person, which always makes the process feel comfortable and stress-free. Her communication skills are excellent — she kept us informed every step of the way and was always quick to respond to any questions. We truly appreciated her professionalism and warmth, and would highly recommend her to anyone.
