As A Buyer's Agent doing this for 5 years across different states I reckon that I have seen my fair share of deals but the one for 206 Gap Road in Sunbury has to be the most frustrating one so far. Promised repairs weren't done on time, then postponed again, then not implemented correctly. Ridiculous
