Absolutely amazing experience! Our property manager Ekta Sharma went above and beyond to help us secure a property, and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful. I probably called and texted her way too many times 😅, but she was always incredibly patient, responsive, kind and helpful throughout the whole process. What impressed us the most was how quickly she made everything happen — she managed to help us secure the property within just 2 days! Her communication, professionalism and dedication were outstanding, and she genuinely made us feel like she cared about helping us find the right home. Thank you so much for putting up with all my calls and messages and for making what could have been a stressful process so smooth and easy. 😂❤️ We really appreciate everything you did for us and would 100% recommend Ekta to anyone looking for a property. An absolute superstar! 🌟

Reliance Tarneit- If I could give less than zero stars, I would My experience with reliance as the property manager for my investment property in Tarneit has been extremely disappointing. During the sales and onboarding process, the team was very professional and responsive. However, once I signed up , the level of service changed completely. Within just 5 months, I had to deal with more than six different property managers and getting responses to questions or concerns became almost impossible. Due to the poor communication and lack of transparency, I eventually decided to terminate their service. Interestingly after months of struggling to get hold of anyone, a team leader suddenly contacted me and tried very hard to convince me to stay. Once it became clear that I had made my decision, the conversation quickly shifted to the exit fee they wanted to charge. What concerns me most is a rental income discrepancy. My initial agreement clearly stated the weekly rent should be $550, yet it was only recieved $520 per week. Before leaving, I raised the issue with the team leader who contacted me . Who assured she would inane get back to me by the end of the day. That never happened I also emailed one of the founders of This agency seeking explanation. Two weeks later, I still have not received any response. To make matters worse, my understanding was that my documents would not be released to the new property manager until the exit fee was paid.after paying the few , my question regarding the rent discrepancy continued to be ignored. Throughout this experience, O felt that communication was poor, accountability was lacking , and explanations changed on who I spoke to. As a landlord, I expected Transparency and professional service, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would strongly encourage any one who deal with them to do a thorough research before engaging this agency

Extremely unprofessional experience with this agency (Sarita, Kylie & Mounika). We vacated our rental property on 6 May after receiving a notice to vacate because the owner was selling. We returned the keys on the exact same day, which legally concludes our possession of the property under Victorian rental rules. Despite this, the agency has unlawfully withheld our pre-paid rent from 6 May to 13 May, attempting to charge us rent for days after keys were handed back due to a cleaning dispute. They have also heavily disputed our bond claim through the RTBA, demanding $1,018 for duplicate cleaning (even though we sent our cleaner back to address their feedback), gardening, and mould, without providing an incoming condition report or evidence. Worst of all, the agency has completely ghosted us. They have changed our property manager twice in two months without informing us. They refuse to answer emails, never call back, and we are forced to constantly chase them.
