Noah Gracic is a fantastic real estate agent. We bought the house from Noah and plan to sell it through him when the time comes. Noah is a suburb specialist, clearly understanding of the Melton area’s city council plans and introduces to buyers. He's a good communicator, gentle and polite. Moreover, I like Noah's selling strategies very much. I've been investing in the real estate markets in TAS, WA, VIC for over 9 years, and honestly speaking, Noah impressed me a lot. Highly recommended fabulous Noah to everyone!

Our experience with this OBrien Real Estate Melton was extremely disappointing from the final inspection right through to settlement. During the final inspection, Narelle was the sales agent,but david her boss was rude at every point when we tried to raise any issues. Instead of listening or helping, he simply told us to talk to your conveyancer and that we can’t do anything. Indirectly he was saying everything.That’s not what you expect from a professional representing a property sale. He also told us to buy universal keys or buy $2 or $4 keys for all the windows and the garage, which was completely unreasonable. We decided to stay calm and move forward to settlement day,but unfortunately, that day was even worse. No one informed us of the timing of handling over the keys, and when I called and asked about the keys, Narelle told me she doesn't have time as they could hand over the key at 11am and then David (Narelle’s so-called boss) took the phone from Narelle and was extremely rude and hung up on me. I was only requesting that Narelle arrange someone else if she doesn't have time. As first-home buyers, we were excited and emotionally attached to the moment.Instead, they completely ruined our settlement day. My family and friends were waiting for the agent to arrive and hand over the keys, but due to their lack of professionalism and poor attitude, what should have been a joyful day became stressful and disappointing. I would never recommend OBrien Real Estate Melton to anyone who values respect, honesty, and professionalism.
