Terrible customer service. The rental department was highly unprofessional. There is no reason to treat clients with such rudeness when they are just trying to understand the matter. Good communication and respect are fundamental in real estate, but unfortunately they lack both.

Big shoutout to Tahlia and Bec at West Edge Real Estate! We moved down from NSW and they took a chance on us without us even inspecting the place first - absolute legends. Unlike some property managers we've dealt with in the past, they were super responsive to emails, down-to-earth, easy to chat with and not at all demeaning. The one time we had a maintenance issue it was sorted within a day or two. When we had to break lease early because we bought a house, they were incredibly transparent with our requirements and guided us through everything step-by-step. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 11/10 would recommend!
