I can highly recommend Noel Jones Whitehorse. When I was organising the sale of my mother's unit in November 2025, Mike Muncey and Melissa Van Der Linden were both terrific and the property was sold at auction, for an excellent price, within 4 weeks of my initial contact! Their knowledge of the area and in particular the street, with multiple prior sales by Mike, was amazing. Both Mike and Melissa put in a huge effort to hold a pre-Christmas auction and private inspections occurred, prior to the first open for inspection. The staging, by Staged Homes, was a step above cookie cutter staging and the property's strengths were highlighted, heightening buyer interest. The terrific advertising campaign during the intense, short campaign resulted in numerous parties at the many open for inspections, and prompt communication occurred after all open and private inspections. Multiple bidders attended the auction and a great price was achieved. The property was cleaned, prepped, painted, staged, photos done and advertised within 8 days of my first contact. Melissa efficiently co-ordinated all the required trades on a tight timeframe and kept me in the loop throughout. Both Mike and Melissa were excellent communicators, and were available beyond business hours. They definitely worked very hard to optimise the pre-Christmas market. Their supportive suggestions made the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible. I really appreciated their communication with my elderly mother, as the vendor.

If i could give 0 stars i would. The communication barely existed, even with several emails sent and their professionalism is appalling. Took them 3 years to organise a proper fix for a serious roof leak (This property still has other leaks in other places). When vacating the property, we have received no procedures or processes, have contacted several different people within the agency, still nothing, apparently no one can help us. My housemate called the office to get an update, someone in the background laughed at him asking for an update, while the person receiving the call laughed as well and started laughing at his email, which was not important and extremely unprofessional. How about you do your job instead of laughing about someone’s email. Where is the communication? Where is the support?
