I had a great experience working with Kelvin as a first-home buyer. Although he was representing the vendor, he remained professional, fair, and responsive throughout the process, always communicating clearly and on time. He was patient and respected my need to protect my interests as a buyer.

1-Star Review — Horrible Experience as a First-Time Buyer As first-time buyers, our experience with Noble Realty Group was deeply upsetting. The managing director, Alex Ye, initially seemed helpful, claiming to be “close friends with the vendor” and assured us our offer was accepted after paying the 0.25% holding deposit. However, despite them accepting our offer and holding deposit, the very next day an open inspection went ahead with other buyers making higher offers. This is highly unethical and felt like a clear breach of trust. After this, Alex Ye became cold and hostile. When we requested a reasonable 3-day settlement extension, we were told to pay $880 as “rent.” The Managing Director, Alex Ye yelled over the phone: “You have to pay this. If not, then don’t buy. I don’t care about you guys. If you don’t buy it, someone else will.” “Pay the money or don’t buy it.” “I don’t care about you. I don’t care if you give me a bad review.” Even after paying, every request was denied. We were passed between the solicitor and agent with no accountability. When we requested a final inspection — a legal right — only one agent cooperated, but she was reprimanded by her company for it. This agency was unprofessional, disrespectful, and manipulative throughout. I strongly advise buyers not to deal with Noble Realty Group at all.
