Megan and Cosi did a great job in managing my rental property from arranging of the photo session for marketing to professional cleaning of the property in preparation for open inspection. We got a nice family as tenants within just 1 viewing and able to rent out straight away, highly recommended!

I rented a property leased with Nelson Alexander, and only stopped due to moving away for study. Not only were the property and the landlord both fantastic, but the property manager, Sylva, was exceptional. She was attentive, efficient, friendly. She was also excellent in her communication. It was an easy renter experience with NA and Sylva, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
