Emily Buccella is a fantastic property manager, and I would highly recommend her to anyone renting in the Carlton area. Moving interstate is a very daunting process, and Emily took away so much of the usual moving stress involved for my household. She was extremely communicative, friendly, and prompt with replies. Her professionalism and dedication to providing clarity are phenomenal, and she's been the most pleasant and easy to deal with property manager I've ever had!

(My friend Mitchell asked me to post this for him) Having previously had an extremely negative experience with a property manager at another real estate agency, I was understandably quite nervous about working with a new property manager. Emily completely changed that experience. She has been exceptionally professional, personable and considerate throughout our interactions. Her communication, responsiveness and genuine care made such a positive impression that I felt comfortable continuing with Nelson Alexander, including using Jason from their Essendon office to purchase a unit because of the trust and confidence Emily had established. Emily is a real asset not only to her team, but to the Nelson Alexander brand as a whole. I believe she deserves recognition for the professionalism, effort and care she brings to her work. I’ve had a great experience dealing with Alexandra Gouvas. She is genuinely kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. She always responds to emails so quickly, keeps things clear, and is very attentive to maintenance requests, making sure issues are followed up promptly.
