Our experience with My Agent has unfortunately been very disappointing. Throughout our time with the agency, we raised a number of concerns and made every effort to communicate openly and reasonably. Unfortunately, we often felt that we were left to identify issues and find solutions ourselves, rather than receiving the proactive advice and guidance we expected from a professional property management team. What has been most frustrating is not simply the financial impact of the issues we encountered, but the lack of ownership and accountability throughout the process. We understand that not every situation will go perfectly, but when you engage an experienced property manager, you expect them to communicate clearly, provide appropriate advice and genuinely advocate for their client. The experience has certainly changed our view of the agency. We were with My Agent for three years and we wished we’d left sooner. We would not recommend My Agent to our friends or family. And we recommend that you consider your options carefully. I hope the feedback is taken constructively and that the agency can improve its communication, accountability and client support moving forward.
