Highly recommend Merc for both selling property and property management. I recently had a property that was struggling to lease. Melanie the senior property manager was very proactive and has excellent communication. She leased the property in a few days at a higher weekly amount! They are a fantastic team. Mechlenne and her team are very professional, knowledgeable and hard working. I have been working with Merc for many years and would like to thank and definitely recommend.
