APPALLING LACK OF COMMUNICATION. If there was an option for NO stars McQueen Real Estate would qualify. Had been recommended by a friend and the website reviews looked as if Kim would be a perfect fit for an appraisal of our upmarket rural lifestyle property. 18 December tried to phone. Redirected to send a text. Detailed text sent. NO RESPONSE. 22 December sent email request for appraisal. 23 December her response indicated prepared to meet during week starting 5 Jan. Emailed her with suitable days. NO RESPONSE. 07 January emailed with query as to why no response. STILL NO RESPONSE. 14 January phoned office manager Ash to see if there was a legitimate reason for lack of communication. She said she would follow up with Kim. Now 20 January and NO RESPONSE from Kim or Ash. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED.
