As a tenant it’s really difficult to get great customer service. I was blown away by Igor — he was so helpful on inspection day and responded incredibly quickly to my enquiries afterwards. He took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free, which is rare when you’re looking for a rental. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is both professional and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend Igor and the team.
