I had a very disappointing experience with Shaheena during a property inspection. I started my application about an hour after the inspection, but when it didnt let me submit it I contacted the receptionist, I was told to wait because the system might not have updated yet. The next morning at 9 a.m., I messaged Shaheena directly asking for the application link. She completely ignored my message, so I had to call her at 10 a.m. During the call, she told me that another applicant had already been pre-approved but said she would send me the link anyway. I agreed and asked her to send it, but she never did. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional and dismissive — it felt like she didn’t care about other potential tenants at all. Even if I wasn’t selected for this property, her behavior makes me hesitant to attend any future inspections she handles. In contrast, Igor, who I texted as well and was managing the property, responded professionally and courteously. He apologized for the inconvenience and even offered guidance on other properties they manage. His approach demonstrates true professionalism and excellent client management. I strongly believe that inspections should be handled by Igor, as he provide a far superior experience.
