The good reviews about this agency must be fake! If I could give them minus stars I would!! Do not bother with this agency!! I put in an offer on a property with this company, and was immediately asked to pay a $2,000 'negotiation fees', which I paid and was verbally told by Sue Chen that the offer was accepted and that they were just waiting for a section 32 to be drawn up. 4 weeks later, there was still no section 32!! Finally sick of waiting and after numerous emails, some of which they just completely ignored, I said I would be withdrawing my offer if no documents were produced by the close of business the following Monday. It was at this time that I received an email from Sue stating that the offer was going to be put before the board the following day!!! I could not believe the amount of time they had strung me along and lead me to believe we were merely waiting on documents. They wasted 4 weeks of my finance pre-approval time and completely mislead me!! When I finally told them I was sick of being stuff around and wanted my $2,000 back, I was told by Wing that it can take 1-2 business days to get my money back, well surprise surprise, here we are almost 7 days after giving them my account details to refund me, and no money has been returned into my account. They took my money for an entire month and didn't produce a single piece of paper work on the property I'd paid a fee for! Disgraceful, just imagine how much they are making in interest if they take money from everyone interested in one of their properties without actually even producing documents or closing a sale!!! Save your time, money and yourself the stress and find a better agency to deal with - this lot is incompetent to say the least. If my money isn't returned and in my account on Monday morning - I will be reporting them to REA and Consumer Affairs, someone needs to check out their dodgy business practices and tell them its not how we operate in Australia!!
