I was looking for a rental property. I applied for a viewing. It was cancelled. The property is still on the market, so no one has taken the property. If I had got a text on my phone, then this would have not been so bad, I would have known in time. And then again, its still on the market. Anyways, they did send an email later on. So far, all my viewings have not been cancelled except this place and another which has plenty of horrible reviews on it.

LJ Hooker Ponsonby (the Agent) provided terribly bad service which made me suffer a big loss. They failed to make the Entry Condition Report thus I cannot claim the tenants because the tenants took advantage of the agent’s misconduct. What’s more the Agent pushed me to refund the bond in full by telling me the property was left in a satisfactory condition. It’s totally nonsense. The property manager in charge of my property was changed frequently and they just put all the misconducts on the previous managers. No one want to take responsibility including the boss. I sent their boss complaint emails but he never responded me. When I called them they just advised they won’t consider my compensation request and let I go to the court if I want. The Agent never took responsibility and what they just are good at is charging the landlord management fee. The property manager of the Agent even can modify the lease agreement without asking the landlord (such as allowing the tenants to keep pet on the premise) and they didn’t ask the tenants to do the professional clean when moving out. What a ridiculous property management!! I will put more ridiculous mis-conducts of this terrible property management agent.

I would not recommend using this agency to manage your property. I initially dealt with Grace Shi and she did not respond to any of my text messages, emails or calls to resolve an issue. I'm sure landlords don't know the mis-management of their property, where the property managers do not look out for their best interests. Based on my experience and their poor communications, I wouldn't recommend them.
