Very disappointing experience dealing with Steve Gill. After settlement, the property was not handed over in proper vacant possession as there was inorganic rubbish left behind, including a vacuum cleaner and other electronic waste placed in the red bin. When we raised this issue and asked the agent to contact the owner to arrange removal, we were told that the owner had already left Auckland and told us to put the bin outside like a normal people. Which is full of E waste (vaccum cleaner and stuff) dumped into red bin and as a responsible agent he should know it's prohibited. During our email communication the agent also used inappropriate language, which was extremely unprofessional. Throughout the process we also received information that later turned out to be incorrect, which created unnecessary stress during the transaction. Buying a property is a major decision, and buyers rely on agents to provide accurate information and professional conduct. Unfortunately, this was not our experience. Based on our experience, we would strongly encourage future buyers and sellers to carefully consider their options before choosing to work with this agent. Followed by complaint against this in REINZ and Lawyer will Handle the Breach of Contract.

Extremely unprofessional, called Robin Gill to enquire about a rental property. The way of talking was rude and was not interested in providing information and just disconnected the call in the middle for no reason. The management should take serious steps towards giving basic customer service training to their staff. Really disappointing

Because I had had such a wonderful experience with LJ Hooker Papatoetoe buying my first home I decided to use them when I was selling. Wisely I took all of their advice and my expectations were so exceeded at auction. Ken Looker and Lynn Goldsmith personally took care of everything and their expert and ethical advice has changed my life. I can't thank them enough for all their help and support in buying and selling for the first time.
