I am a Tenant and rent through this agency. I have experienced multiple times being given late notice or last minute notice in regards to maintenance. I require by law a minimum of 2 days written notice, not one or two hours notice. Not a phone call on a Saturday informing me of an unannounced last minute visit. I have experienced being manipulated by Jorga and below I have written in more detail. I have confronted Jorga Turner multiple times previously to express my concerns and request an apology and the “apologies” I have received from Jorga were passive aggressive, deflective, denial, blame shifting, minimising and did not address the issue at hand. I was given, “I’m so sorry it was such an inconvenience to you” and “I’m sorry you feel that way”. These are a few ways in which I was spoken to by Jorga. The code of conduct was not implemented during our past discussion/ discussions. The code of conduct states that agents need to be honest, fair and professional. Jorga was not. I was told by her that other people are not bothered by it. I have spoken with other people and they have expressed being affected by different issues, one of them being the same issue I communicated. I spoke to David and the apology I received was better. It was “ I’m sorry you experienced that”. I appreciate that since speaking with David some improvements have occurred. My feedback is, I can and will only accept an apology that addresses the root cause of the issue and behaviour, preferably by the person who was unprofessional and inappropriate. I’ve recently being given notice for maintenance in accordance to the rules, the law and my rights as a tenant. I want to move forward having trust in your company. Thank you.

I can not speak more highly of this realestate, Mel and Paulene were absolutely wonderful to deal with, they were very patient and understanding of our needs, and we finally found our forever home. If you are looking to buy or sell, I highly recommend lifestyle Grafton.

I recently sold my home through Craig and my experience was mixed. On the positive side, the agent was friendly, professional, and usually quick to respond to messages or calls. I appreciated that communication was clear and consistent throughout the process. However, I felt that my interests as the seller were not fully prioritised. The property was originally expected to sell for between $450,000 and $470,000, but it ended up selling for $405,000 — roughly 12% below the estimated range. That was disappointing. What made it worse is that I had initially accepted a $440,000 offer from the buyer, pending the sale of their own home. Later, the agent advised me that the buyer had received a $600,000 offer on their home from an investor, valid for 24 hours only, and that to keep the deal moving I would need to reduce my price to $405,000. With no other serious interest at the time and pressure from the agent, I reluctantly agreed. Later, I discovered the buyer’s home actually sold for $610,000 — not $600,000. This made me question whether I had been misled in order to secure the sale quickly, and potentially allow the agent to earn commission on both transactions. Additionally, when the buyer proposed a $10,000 deposit, the agent didn’t realise that the agency agreement allowed the commission to be retained even if the sale fell through — a concerning oversight that could have left me at risk. Overall, it feels like the buyer got what they wanted, the agent got what they wanted, but I didn’t. I’m left disappointed with the final sale price and the way things were handled. While the agent was personable and professional on the surface, I would recommend proceeding with caution and making sure to independently verify all information. I won’t be using this agent again.
