Great real estate agency, beautiful people who work there who are happy to help and provide the best service. The property Manager Stephanie goes out of her way to help. Would recommend LH Brown if you want to purchase, rent or sell property.

Extremely unprofessional behavior from LH Brown & Co. The agent Aavni was rude and disrespectful. When I called for assistance, she spoke in a scolding manner instead of providing help. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of basic customer service skills. I do not recommend dealing with this agency.

I have had my rental property with LH Brown for about 10 years and exceptionally happy with their prompt, professional and personal service. Stephanie actions any communications between the tenant and myself immediately. She liaises between both parties along with Strata approvals and arranging suitable, reasonable quotes for any repairs from Tradespeople. Recently we sold a property and used LH Brown for the sale. LH Brown gave us reasonable commission and marketing costs. Peter was fantastic, he kept us informed at all stages of the transaction. We sold for more than our expected price. I can highly recommend LH Brown.
