Extremely grateful to Alex Cosway for his outstanding support in finding a rental property for my family on very short notice. Despite it being the holiday period, he went above and beyond to make it happen. Great communication, prompt follow-ups, and genuine care throughout the process. Our family is excited to move into our new home.

Poor communication, emailed twice with no response over 5 business days. Communication about rent being late and not acknowledging then sending a termination a day later! (Nice acknowledgement) Extremely rude, poor communication. If wanting to email would suggest going in as they don't answer the work phone half of the time
