Darren and his team are excellent in providing rental valuations in the Sydney area for me. I have been in contact with Darren over the past 10 years and he has always provided positive result for me to successfully challenge any other valuation. Well recommended.

We at Simply Strata have used Keen Property for about 8 years, for insurance valuations of buildings, creation of Capital Works Reports, and revaluing a large community plan (116 lots) to adjust the Unit Entitlements. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and easy to speak to. We find them fast and efficient, and they probably charge too little for the work they do! (I am sure they will not read this.) Darren and his staff are highly recommended.

I am owner and executive committee member in a residential apartment building in Mascot. Our Strata committee has been working with Keen Property for several years. Keen Property has been providing us with insurance valuations and capital works reports, which have always been prepared with precision and accurately. As owners, we have taken great comfort on relying on the Keen valuation to ensure that our building is correctly insured. The Keen capital works reports have enabled us to maintain cash flow to save for any works that our building would need in the future as well as raising our awareness on what would be needed to maintain the building appropriately. This has assisted strata committee to effectively communicate and manage our building’s financial and repair require events. I am recommending Keen’s Property valuations services without hesitation, they are absolutely wonderful.
