This has been the most disappointing and unprofessional real estate agency I have ever dealt with. Communication is virtually non-existent, with emails consistently ignored and follow-ups rarely acknowledged. Promises are made regarding maintenance and repairs, yet nothing is ever completed. The agency shows a complete lack of respect or consideration for tenants, focusing solely on securing new leases for property owners as quickly as possible—even when the property is not in a suitable condition for occupation. Their conduct reflects a serious lack of professionalism and accountability.
