I’ve never dealt with such a terribly run establishment, Firstly, no one wants to answer their phone ever. There’s also constant lying and dishonesty From staff members and the disrespect i’ve just received from Debbie kontek herself definitely put a terrible taste in my mouth, in a professional setting, I don’t think people are supposed to swear, scream and carry on about a rental application not to mention the talking over me not letting me speak at all, I definitely would never go through this company the way I was just treated was ridiculous and unprofessional. Do better.

I can’t recommend Kelly Taylor highly enough. From the very beginning, she has made the entire moving process seamless and stress-free. Everything has flowed so smoothly thanks to her professionalism and care. Any repairs or requests have been handled promptly, and her communication has been excellent throughout. Kelly is a wonderful property manager who truly looks after both the renter and the landlord, ensuring everything is fair and easy for all parties. I would absolutely recommend Kelly and this business to anyone looking for a reliable, supportive, and proactive rental provider.

In Australia, I have rented several houses through different real estate agents, but I have never met anyone like Kelly. She is amazing and genuinely considerate of both parties. She is not biased toward landlords and always considers tenants' perspectives as well. I still miss my rental property in 107 - Ballan. I highly recommend everyone work with her agency. They always respond promptly to any questions and provide excellent service.
