Eloise Wilkinson has been managing my rental property for the last five years and has done an outstanding job looking after my property and my tenants. She has an excellent network of good value suppliers, keeps on top of issues and gives great advice on minimising unnecessary expense. Highly recommend.

A big thank you to Eloise and Louise for managing my property. Recently the property was in dire need of a renovation. Both of you were extremely knowledgeable in identifying the important maintenance and renovations needed - and then went on to start organising these jobs from reliable tradesmen that you have previously worked with. This made the process much easier and the end result was quite incredible from where it started. Only took a week to find new tenants - great result!
