Called for a property for sale.agent sent contract and link to purchase strata reports. This was Monday 23/03/26. Asked for inspection to have a look at property, staff said that the property only open for inspection on weekend. Goes ahead and sells property without even calling potential buyers to advise that they have received an offer and whether or not we would like to also put an offer. Absolutely nothing, just sold it without even consulting buyers. Common practice. They have done this numerous times at other properties. Do not use this agency as they are not upfront and not transparent. These tactics are absolutely disgusting and should be exposed. This is not what you call good business practice. This is trash behaviour and should be called out for.
