I had a very negative experience with the property management team particularly Denise at Image in Palm Beach over a period of at least 2 years. After involving the Office of Fair Trading, the team at Image refunded my monies owed and reinstated the required paperwork. This should not have required the office of fair trading involvement. Based on my experience, I would not allow them to manage any of my properties again. Tenants beware they did not have the tenants best interests at heart either. Happy to provide screen shots.

My partner has had the most horrendous experience with Image, who recently took over from First National. The sales and property management groups have failed to perform their duties in reporting, leaving both the property owner and the tenants in distress regarding property maintenance issues. The staff are rude when challenged about any issue and do not call back. They will not engage in dialogue to rectify any issues for either owners or tenants. Very dishonest, avoid at all costs. Previous owners of this company were great, such a shame it went downhill so fast.

Upon arriving at the property, Andrea & Tania immediately made me feel at ease, welcomed, & valued. They showcased the exceptional qualities of the properties, compelling me to expedite the application process. Tania’s phone call on my birthday further enhanced the experience, expressing happiness & making me feel like the fortunate recipient of a special gift. On the day I collected the keys with my assistance dog, Baby, I experienced a mixture of nerves. However, the warm reception from the entire office staff upon our arrival put me at ease. First National Real Estate Palm Beach stands out as the ideal choice for individuals seeking rental or property purchases. The exceptional service & welcoming atmosphere created a positive impression, making me highly recommend their services. I would definitely rent through First National Real Estate again for sure in a heartbeat because they made me feel like part of the First National Family. Thank you Tania, Andrea & Team your Awesome!
