I attempted to rent through this real estate agency, however my experience was negatively impacted by the attitude of Shae Joiner. Unfortunately, the communication was rude and unprofessional, which made the process unpleasant. Customer service is an important part of this industry, and this interaction fell well below expectations. I would otherwise be happy to rate this agency more highly, but one individual’s behaviour significantly affected my overall experience. After reading other reviews, it appears I am not the only person who has had a similar experience, which is disappointing.

Jordan and the team at Huxley Real Estate have been outstanding once again. This is the second property they’ve sold for my husband and I, and both experiences have been smooth, professional, and completely stress free. Jordan’s communication, honesty, and attention to detail really set him apart, and you always feel confident knowing he genuinely has your best interests at heart. The whole process from start to finish was handled perfectly by Huxley Real Estate. We’re extremely grateful for all their hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jordan and the team to anyone looking to sell or buy.
