Dumped the for sale sign in front of our house. It's been there from past 4 weeks after multiple reminders to Adam, he still hasn't organised pick up. I can just imagine how their sales and property management service would be! Just terrible...

Terrible company. I could not agree more with MJ N (see previous review). I had exactly the same experience: properties not inspected for over months of tenancy, no accountability taken when inquires were made, excessive payments for jobs that were not properly done, inquires were met with rudeness and condescension, etc. Stay away P.S. I assume the good reviews were left by the owner's mates as they are deceptive.

The worst property management I've ever experienced. Multiple properties not inspected for over 10months of tenancy, no accountability taken when inquires were made. Monthly income statements were often late or non existent without follow up. Simple questions were never answered despite follow up emails, incredibly unprofessional and uncommunicative. When answered, inquires were met with rudeness and condescension. If I could give negative stars I would.
