I switched to Hodder and Borg because their level of service and experience exceeded many of the real estate agents in Wollongong. I had been having issues with my current agent in the way they were marketing my property and not being able to attract prospective tenants. Having been a landlord for quite a while I was impressed with Lashay and her team which I would class as being on Sydney level. The marketing of my property was professionally done, virtual staging and written copy was well presented and my property was rented out within 1 week of it being advertised also at an above market rate. Lashay and her team from the start have been excellent communicators so I knew how things were gonna progressing every step of the way. What was best about them is that I didn’t have to micro manage them. I prefer working with a boutique agency as you do get the personal touch that many of the larger agencies lack. I would definitely recommend Lashay and Jeremy for all your property needs.

Jeremy is simply the best Agent in the Illawarra supported by his team who are step above the rest. Hodder & Borg know how to get the result needed fast without the fluff. We will use Hodder & Borg again!! Thank you for selling our house in 2 weeks above the price we wanted!

Hodder and Borg were absolutely amazing to deal with, providing a wealth of knowledge . They were so professional at all times. So friendly, approachable and so easily contactable. Every time I called them I felt like they valued us. They listened to our needs and got us the most amazing house that suits us. We could not be happier. They made the sell go through so seamless ,always their to answer any of our questions and provide us with the best advice. We were fortunate enough to have had Jeremy and Lashay both playing a role in the search of purchasing our dream home so promptly, professionally and effortlessly. Even after the sell of the house they are still their to answer any questions and checked in with us a week after to see how the move in went , which was such a lovely touch. We could not thank them enough throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much, your whole team is amazing.
