Hodder Borg Real Estate Kiama are our Managing Agent and highly recommend the team and especially Bryanna Jaklic in Property Management team. Bryanna has gone over and above, putting in the extra hours to deliver results, since we changed from another agency recently, who was only offering a sub standard PM service that only led to issues further down the track. Bryanna has been able to hit the road running with our property and deliver highly efficient and wonderful, amazing service second to none! Bryanna has been fantastic to deal with, friendly, highly approachable, so down‑to‑earth, personal and genuinely caring. She conducts her property management role with the utmost of professionalism, dedication and pure view/focus is on the client and ensuring that she exceeds their expectations in all aspects and is proactive. I’ve found the agency and Bryanna have a wealth of knowledge, experience and after dealing with a couple of the other mainstream agencies in the area and finding those other agencies to be somewhat unprofessional, not transparent, unwilling to be thorough or give out correct information at times, it is honestly very refreshing to find a boutique Agency that really values and cares about you as a client and your property, to which conducts their business with honesty, transparency and excellent communication. We recently started renting through Hodder and Borg. Our experience has been fantastic. Its been nothing but ease, very informative and made our move very easy. The agent has been great, very helpful and efficient not to mention friendly.
