I don’t generally leave reviews, especially on my own accord, but our experience with Hocking Stuart has genuinely been exceptional. From day one, with Frank as our key property manager, we felt well looked after. Frank, along with Britt and Damion, has shown real professionalism and dedication throughout every engagement with them. We had a very frustrating six-month issue with the internet infrastructure provider, and the team went above and beyond to help us. Despite Opticomm repeatedly misdiagnosing the problem (an absolute shocker), Britt kept pushing, following up, and supporting us through the whole process. She even took the initiative to lodge a VCAT case on our behalf to seek reimbursement — something we’re incredibly grateful for. I highly recommend Hocking Stuart. They don’t just tick boxes as many real estate agents might do; their proactive, thoughtful approach and genuine care for the property on behalf of the owners is hard to come by.
