Excellent on both counts. Jake's professionalism coupled with his knowledge of the market resulted in my home selling for a great price, before it went to market, saving me money, inconvenience, and time. He also found me the perfect home to buy before it went fully on the market! His friendly manner, and his availability, made a stressful and emotional time much easier. Hassle free.. Jake has sold two houses for me now. On both occasions he made it a hassle free easy sale. Jake is the duck , he looks smooth on top of the water but paddles like a duck underneath taking care of everything you don’t need to worry about. A great agent to have in your side and is always keeping you up to date and following up with you, Jake is highly recommended by myself and my family.
