This is a participation in extractive, exploitative practices that place money over values. It is acknowledged that Harcourts Exclusive Carlingford is not solely responsible for the state of the housing market, it is acknowledged that Harcourts Exclusive is under pressures to provide the highest levels of return to homeowners and changes to value would be difficult to implement.
