Evelin and Sun Han was the person who originally showed us the property and handled the arrangements before we moved in. Shortly after we moved in, she seemed to disappear from the process and most matters were passed on to Sullivan. Sullivan was by far the most helpful person in the company, and I sincerely hope he has a better career opportunity elsewhere. When we eventually returned the keys, Sun Han’s attitude towards us was again very uncomfortable. Despite knowing that I was heavily pregnant, there was no basic kindness or consideration. During the days we lived in rented place, Sun Han never replied email or phone calls, even the situation was urgently. Overall, my biggest issue is not that everything went perfectly — I understand that property management can be complicated. It is the lack of communication, empathy, accountability and professionalism when problems arise.

Very disappointing property management experience — except for Sully Apart from Sully, who was genuinely helpful and professional, my experience with Evelin Chen and Sun Han was extremely disappointing. One of the most frustrating incidents happened with a routine property inspection. Evelin had arranged an inspection appointment with us between 10:00am and 2:00pm, but she never showed up. At almost 2:00pm, I called the office to find out what was happening. Sun Han told me that Evelin had left the office and that she would contact me once she reached her. I waited at home until 3:00pm and still received no update. Eventually, I was told that Evelin had another commitment and could not attend. This meant I had taken the entire day off work and stayed home waiting for someone who simply did not turn up. To make matters worse, we were flying overseas that evening for a month. Because another inspection still had to be arranged, we were then put in the uncomfortable position of having to allow the property manager to enter our home with a spare key while we were away. I found this extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.

We recently purchased our home through Kay and were very happy with the support she provided throughout the settlement period. She was proactive in helping us gather additional information from the vendors, including detailed flooring specifications so we could organise trades to start work immediately after settlement. Kay even went out of her way to collect a flooring sample from the vendor and personally drop it to our home, which made planning so much easier. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond were truly appreciated. Thank you Kay for helping make the process smooth and stress‑free.
