Very disappointing experience as an owner using this agency to manage my apartment. I repeatedly had to chase the agency when the tenant’s rent payments were not being paid into my account. When I moved back in, the apartment had not been properly managed or checked. The end-of-lease cleaning was inadequate and required four return visits. On the fourth visit, I had to attend the apartment myself and meet the cleaner to point out what still needed to be done, yet it was still not completed properly. I was also left with significant repairs. Some damage from the first tenancy was never reported to me, and the second tenant subsequently made the damage worse. As a result, I was unable to recover the full repair costs from the bond and have been left with a significant financial expense. Overall, I felt I had to constantly chase and push the agency to do what I was paying them to manage. I expected far better communication, attention to detail and proactive property management.

This is the third family sale you’ve managed for us and we couldn’t recommend a better real estate agent if selling in the Eastern Suburbs. What can I say honest trustworthy and easy to deal with. Pete Shaw what a great guy to deal with understanding of situations and worked with everyone involved to get a great outcome. He played the juggling act to work with us the new property owners and the current owner along with his property management team. Our property manager Melissa very responsive and always available. Whether you’re a tenant or a property owner looking for the right management team I would 100% using these guys.
