It could have been quite challenging for us as interstate purchasers, but Michael Katsaris has ensured every step of the process has gone smoothly thus far and he has gone above and beyond to ensure we have been kept up to date with how things are progressing as we approach settlement - especially as there are existing tenants who must move prior to settlement. Michael has also guided us with water and electricity connection; as well as arranging access prior to settlement & agreeing to be at a check measure for floor covering on our behalf so that we can have the new floor covering installed the day after settlement.
