Joe was selling my property from afar and did a great job. Ive now given him 3 properties at Tully Heads that he can sell on vendors terms on 22.25 % total deposit ($45k deposit) and $ 1330 a month payments till paid , and im only charging 6 % interest on balance owed. So he is the man who has many good Real Estate investments fo sale So JOE is the man you want. Howard

Joe was absolutely fantastic in helping us sell our house. We were able to sell the house without any difficulty at all. He communicates well and is easy to reach.
