Evon, Jim, and the rest of the team have looked after our unit for the best part of 25 yrs. Nothing is too much trouble for them. what we loved the most is they not only looked after us but also the tenants making sure repairs were carried out in timely fashion so that tenants weren't impacted. They made it easy for us also as they had organised repairer / handyman how were reliable, trustworthy and affordable, and would take their payment out of rental funds which we were grateful for. Monthly statements and yearly statements made it simple for our accountant at tax time. We highly recommend Evon and the team and the ease of managing our unit. Thank you all very much.

My partner and I rented the apartment for six months, and working with Evon and Jim was an amazing, absolutely stress-free experience. Both of us came for an exchange and were initially concerned about renting a place in a new country; however, it turned out to be fantastic experince. When we come back to Australia, we will definitely reach out to Jim and Evon again!

A very professional, responsive, and high integrity group. Jim and his team were a pleasure to deal with during my almost 4 year stay at a Sydney cbd apartment under ES Real Estates' management. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend them for both sales and property management.
