Absolutely appalling how my partner and I have been treated, we lost out on another property we really liked because of the lack of professionalism and decency by Joanne Zhoa, we waited and waited for her to get back to us for the owners acceptance of our offer, we finally got an email to say i've got good news for you the owners have accepted your offer, I was about to make the deposit as soon as i could the very next day to find an email saying "We still haven't received your deposit and signed the contract. We received a deposit from the other family now. They're ready to go ahead. You really missed the time Sorry to tell you this." I was sent the contract in the afternoon the day before. No decency for a phone call!! ( Im sure she would know there's a process and we cant just sign the contract without our solicitor looking over it) We are devastated we spent the last few days planning out all the renovations for the property!!

Will take your money, say the property is no longer available, and then refuse to return your money when you ask for it back. Do not do business with the Ramsgate branch.

Very very disappointing, My mate was approved and ready to sign everything, the only thing left was an inspection n final review, they organised 2 separate inspections at the real eatates times and they didn't turn up either time. They called, email and mgs the person never getting a reply. Will absolutely be telling ALL my friends and any1 I can talk to about how disappointed I am with ELDERS REAL ESTATE. if I could give them a minus star review I would
