I had a really positive experience working with Myra as my leasing agent. She went above and beyond to advocate on my behalf, especially in dealing with a first-time landlord who was quite particular and based in overseas. When I first viewed the apartment, it hadn’t been professionally cleaned—there were quite a few issues like dust buildup, dead cockroaches, mouldy window areas, and even some spider webs. Despite this, Myra stepped in and did an excellent job persuading the landlord to carry out a much more thorough cleaning before my move-in. While the carpets didn’t end up getting a full professional steam clean, Myra’s effort made a significant difference in improving the overall condition of the place. I truly appreciated her persistence, communication, and willingness to push for better standards. Overall, I’m happy I went ahead with the lease, and a big part of that is thanks to Myra’s support. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and proactive leasing agent.

Never used this service but I assume they're terrible at listening or hire the wrong people to do their jobs because even though we have a no junk mail sign, they keep leaving junk mail. Four bits of trash in 3 weeks is crazy.
