I am honestly sad to share a 1 star review.. There is so much potential if they were just transparent with clients. We almost had a property secured and they were trying to get us to sign the lease without disclosing the full extent of water damage causing mold and not letting us know why the previous tennants moved out. We do not want to deal with such agents or owners..

Emails and text messages sent to us falsely claiming that rent is in arrears - x 2 times. So many problems with this estate management. Told them about a problem with our AC unit, their AC technician came and wouldn't even try to fix the problem - useless. I would advise to stay away, these people do not know what they are doing. Their handy man came to fix a leaking toilet - still leaks. The toilet extraction fan was tested by an electrician with an air flow meter - he told me it does not comply to standard. Still city view won't help. The toilet has black mold because the fan is not strong enough and it's damp. I have also heard that they try to keep the bond when someone moves out. In the beginning it was a big deal to get them to hand over 3 sets of key fobs, as there were 3 people on the lease but they didn't want to give us 3 key fobs. Stay away

Even during the current rental crisis, we applied for a property and made every effort to follow up—calling the agent multiple times over several days for an update. Despite over 10 follow-up calls, we were only informed much later that the property had already been rented to someone else. Christina was particularly unhelpful throughout the process and provided no clear communication. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise against using this agent.
