I can only speak from a tenant’s perspective but this is the worst property manager I have ever had to deal with. Andrew is the most unresponsive and unwilling PM i’ve come across, to date. Wishing that no one else has to go through the same experience…

My wife and I have had our unit managed by Andrew & Charlotte for many years. They have managed the property faultlessly in that time. Recently we decided to sell our Glen St , Milsons Point Unit with Charlotte . The assessment, promotion , inspection & sale proceeded efficiently and effectively.
